An AI agency doesn't sell tools. We identify a process, measure it, build a solution that works in production, then pass on the skills.

★ 3 areas: consulting, training, custom development

◆ 4 solutions: AI agents, RAG, GenAI, automation

The challenge / 02

“We have plenty of AI ideas, but we don't know where to start.”

That's the number-one thing we hear in meetings. It says it all: the problem is almost never the technology; it's deciding what to do first.

In 2025, 18% of French companies with 10 or more employees said they used at least one AI technology. The question is no longer “whether,” but “where.”

And once you've decided, there's a second trap: integration. AI that lives in a separate browser tab will never get used.

AI that isn't integrated is a demo. AI that is integrated delivers value.

Services / 03

Consulting, training, custom development

Three ways in. Choose just one, or follow all three.

/ 01

Consulting

Workshops with your teams, an assessment of available data, use-case prioritization, a 6-to-12-month roadmap, governance and usage guidelines, and consideration of regulatory obligations.

You leave with: a clear plan, prioritized by impact and effort.

/ 02

Training

Leaders: a short session to make better decisions faster: what AI can and cannot do, and how to weigh the options.

Business teams: a hands-on day using your own documents. Prompts, critical review, limitations and best practices.

Technical teams: LLMs, RAG, agents, evaluation, observability and production deployment.

Formats: on site (Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Toulon, Avignon), remotely, or in-house at your offices.

/ 03

Custom development

AI agents, business copilots, document search, automated case handling and AI-enhanced dashboards. We build what's missing and connect what already exists.

You leave with: technical decisions documented in writing so your teams can take ownership internally.

Solutions / 04

AI agents, RAG, GenAI, automation: one need, one building block

Four building blocks. Confusing them is the easiest way to over-engineer a project.

/ 01

AI agents

An AI agent perceives context, chooses a sequence of actions and carries them out through your tools.

Qualify a lead, prepare a case file, sort an inbox. It doesn't just answer: it acts, follows the steps and checks the outcome.

/ 02

RAG

RAG connects a language model to your documents: contracts, procedures and technical notes.

Answers with sources drawn from your content. The foundation of credible internal assistants, and the best response to hallucinations.

/ 03

GenAI

Content generation: writing, summarization, translation.

Meeting minutes, responses to requests for proposals. Useful when there's enough volume and human review is in place.

/ 04

Automation

Triggers, workflows, API connections and data transfers.

Paired with an agent, it adapts to each case instead of following fixed rules.

One need, one building block. Not four at once.

Sectors / 05

What AI changes in your sector

What works has one thing in common: a frequent, documented process that already involves some human validation.

Industry & logistics

Reading technical documents, assisted quality control, planning, responses to requests for proposals.

Healthcare & social care

Summarizing case files, writing assistance, searching regulatory documentation, with traceability and human validation.

Accounting, legal & consulting firms

Sorting documents sent by clients, following up on missing documents, preparing year-end accounts files, searching contracts, and drafting first versions of letters.

Law firms

An audit of your processes, training for your team, then custom tools if needed.

Retail & e-commerce

Product descriptions, first-line customer support, review analysis, segmentation.

Construction, real estate & energy

Reviewing case files, tracking regulatory changes, preparing consultations, reporting.

Education & training

Learning design, assisted grading, personalized learning paths.

Method / 06

From strategy to deployment in 4 steps

1

Scoping

1 to 2 weeks

Target process, data, constraints and success metric. We select the 3 processes that matter, not all 40 candidates, and quantify hours saved per week per employee, errors avoided and actual usage costs.

Deliverable: scoping note and project boundaries.

2

Prototype

2 to 4 weeks

A version a small group can use, tested on your real cases. We measure the error rate and set thresholds.

Deliverable: working demo and measured results.

3

Production rollout

3 to 8 weeks

Connection to your tools (CRM, ERP, document management, messaging and business applications), access rights, audit logging, human oversight where decisions matter, and user training.

Deliverable: a live production service.

4

Handover and follow-up

1 to 3 months

Documentation, handover to internal teams and refinements.

At the end of every step, we decide: continue, adjust or stop. No vague promises — clear milestones and deliverables.

Our base / 07

AI agency based in Provence, working throughout France

We're based in the South: Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Toulon, Avignon and Nice. We know the local ecosystems, professional federations, industry clusters and the real pace of operations teams.

It's not a limit; it's a starting point. AI projects in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux or Lille are scoped by video call, prototyped remotely and deployed on site when it matters: scoping workshops, team training and production launch. An AI agency for all of France, with Mediterranean roots.

FAQ / 08

The questions we get asked all the time.

Eight answers to help scope your AI project.

WhatsApp

Any company with a repetitive process and accessible data. An independent practice or an international group. What changes is the scope, not the principles.

A 30-minute call. You describe the process that's causing trouble; we tell you whether AI can help, and if it can't, we say so too.

A usable prototype within 2 to 4 weeks on a limited scope. A reliable production deployment takes 2 to 4 months, depending on how deeply it needs to integrate with your systems.

Not perfectly clean, just accessible enough. The scoping inventory tells us whether the project is viable. If data is scattered, we start there, often with RAG on a limited scope.

We tell you in writing during scoping. What leaves your organization: only the text the tool needs to process (an email, an invoice, an excerpt from a case file), sent to the AI model provider, for example Anthropic for Claude. What does not leave: your complete databases, your credentials, and anything you classify as sensitive.

How we protect it: professional accounts whose terms prohibit training models on your data, removal of identifying details when they are not needed for processing, per-user access rights, and no copy stored by us. The provider's servers are not necessarily in France: this is stated in the scoping document, and you approve what can leave before the tool goes live.

No, it's a search shorthand. The work is the same: designing agents that act within your tools. A poorly governed agent costs more than a well-written prompt, which is why scoping, access rules and oversight matter.

No. Meetings take place by video call, with on-site workshops when useful. Geographic proximity helps with discovery and training; it's rarely a technical obstacle.

The European regulation applies in stages, with transparency obligations and stricter rules for high-risk uses. We account for it from the scoping stage: the official AI Act FAQ and the French Directorate General for Enterprise's AI guide are among our working references.
